I couldn't confirm it. Maybe it's an unreleased tune and that's why I couldn't find it. If that's the case, It could be also named Let It Rain.
I posted the sample in the ID section and also on tuneID forum, we'll see.

I just have to write that when Transa - Prophase (X-Cabs Remix One) comes in on his '96 EM that it seriously gives me a feeling better than any orgasm... just whole endorphin rush...
