I know what you're getting at though.. there are certainly times when we are pestered by complete idiots; just maybe not to the same extent as this scenario.

For example Theresa's response was very in depth and sensible, I just felt sorry for her, trying to help out in a situation that has most likely already been resolved; almost felt like a waste of her time.
