it's either

Paul van Dyk - Untitled or Unknown - Unknown (Paul van Dyk Rework)

i suspect its the second.

'Take Me Higher' was something Paul created in the studio while he was playing around ... they weren't sure where the sample came from though so it never got clearance for release.
