I think to be honest if most people who said they'd liked to vote lib dems actually got off their arse and voted for them they would probably come into power.

And we wouldn't have to put up with that fucking Blair **** no more.

TBH though there will never be an ideal political party, If you find Labour Ideal at the moment and that their perfect there is something seriously fucking wrong with you same go's with Conservatives and Lib Dems.

Health Service - I think privatisation of the NHS for an instance is a difficult one however I think the NHS at the moment is a fucking mess due to the funding and in some cases the service it actually provides. What I would like to see happen with it is a review on all departments especially the management and getting rid of the middle management which exists in NHS. I think all major operations and emergencies should remain free for everyone. With the time wasters, this country is full of hypocondriacs who waste a lot of time and money which is put into the NHS, I would like to see these people get charged.

Also people who say play football or get on a horse and injure themselves slightly I think they should be charged as its was their choice to do that. If it wasn't their fault i.e they fell off working on the top of a roof or got knocked off their bike then It should be free and I think aswell I would extend that rule to old ppl and the poor. If you charged for shitty little things like that you would see a big rise in money for the NHS.

Schools - So many teachers complain about the money they get paid, well I would tell them to like it or fucking lump it they get nice long holidays. With their wages I think it should depend on pass rates or if they work at a school in very nasty deprived area then their entitled to get given more money.

The planning with schools aswell. We're planning a new sports deluxe swimming pool indoor stadium facilty for next year! we're planning to build a theatre, Cinema, English, Drama and Media block, when I see things like that it digusts me, because then you can guarentee they start complaining that the students don't have enough books or the correct equipment, before the government approve the plans for any new fancy facilities at school, I'd like to see an inspection of all equipment and all the facilities that exist at the school by a board of inspectors, as I think some schools get given too much.

Education - I would give people a choice carry on education untill 18 or leave and work at 16. Aswell as A levels I would have a vast ammount of NVQs & trades etc, so people can do trades at school in an apprenticeship, or train to get a certain skill for a certain job aswell, I think this will improve business as a whole as you will have trained workers and most of it mean better employment opportunities for young people.

Crime - I've mentioned this before with the boot camp ideas etc. Another thing as harsh as this sounds I would construct a brand new series of estates cut off from the rest of towns cities etc with one route in one route out, here I would move the worst families, the worst offenders, the most anti social people thus improving the estates which they live at the moment, in addition small police precincts can be constructed to watch over of the new estates and watch the trouble makers. Another thing with the police force I would give the police guns as criminals are packing pieces these days. Also I would really try hard to go out of my way to enlist more Black & Asian officers to get the trust of the Black & Asian communities.

Roads & Transport - I'm quite against toll roads as if you go to France their fucking everywhere there is too many. However half way across the UK I think there should be a toll point, the same with the borders of Scotland and Wales aswell. I personally think this will generate a lot of money to invest into maintaining the roads.

With Public Transport Buses I think need to be improved more a lot of people won't travel on them due to the state of buses. I would totally have a revamp and in areas where there is crime on buses I would have British Transport Police officers posted on certain buses going to dodgy areas.

The trains they definatly need to go public. I think the trains are an absolute fucking mess, the states their in and with the scandels which involve train companies. Privitisation don't work with transport and people like Richard Branson are laughing there heads off making ppl fork out £20 to sit in a empty carriage with something to rest your head on the back of the seat, and then you pay a tenner and you sit in a cramped shit carriage when 5 out of 16 odd carriages fit the people who pay 10 quid then others are for the people paying 20 something its totally stupid and fucked. Most trains need total revamps and I can't see some greedy company doing that.

Cities & Towns - I would have well more cities and not based on the stupid fucking law of having a cathedral some towns in this country are bigger then the cities. Also I think cities need to totally have revamps I love the old buildings etc but I think we're stuck in the dark ages sometimes, It would be nice to pass a British city and seeing some nice sky scrapers etc some decent highrise not some minging old industrial estates or some arcitecial monstrosity from the 1960s. It would just be nice to see some modern high rise, mixed in with the old buildings below, I would be a bit more lighter on planning permission etc and encourage companies and corperations to build huge sky scrapers etc to attract other companies to do the same setting up fiancial districts etc and this later will help to set up more jobs etc in areas.

The Armed Forces - I think the British Army has the best soldiers in the world, their training is fantastic and their highly efficent troops, however their equipment worries me. The radios are shite, the SA80 assualt rifle has too many problems, I think the government needs to pay various corperations to set industries for the British forces only, devloping new weapons, equipment and vechiles. I would set these industries up in areas of high unemployment thus supplying jobs for people.

The Airforce the same I would like to see a new program getting launched to build an effiencent standard jet fighter, aswell as more bombers and investing in new weapon systems.

The Navy. I think the Navys a fucking mess, Half the ships look like their from World War 2 but with a new paint job, they need to build a total brand new fleet of ships. I undestand Jeff Hoon ordered two years ago the building of two or three massive aircraft careers so thats all good, but two aircraft carriers ain't good enough the need to get stuff built up starting up more industries supplying ex shippers with more work etc.

These are the main things I'd improve.

I agree with most of what you sead Dj O'Callaghan, but there are one or two things ad change, like with army ad bring back national service. It gives 19 to 21 year olds more suspect for people and property around them. and it also makes the population fitter. Alot of people would disagree but alot of the youth problems in England is dew to the fact that they can get away with it. I think its better then boot camp as people will not look down at them when there trying to get a job. And coming from a bad school I know at first hand how much kids can get away with and this has to be stop, ad also bring back the cain, yes it is hash but as long as you do what you are told and get on with your work you dont need to werry about it.

Health Service - There are many problems with the health service, and one of them is not having enough nursing homes, alot of old people are stuck in hosptals that dont need to be there, this drains resorses for people who do need to be there. I also would reduse paper work, which would free alot of time for doctors and nerses.

Education - I would exstend school time for one hour a day for PE and make it that everyone has to do PE for an hour aday. I realy dont like the way people are getting like the Americans, there getting fatter and its starting to happen in england. I would also reduse paper work for teachers, becoue i have seen the amount of paperwork there have and its uncalled for.

I would also ban Macdonalds from operating in england, and any takeaway with food like they`s, Its garbige and totaly unhealthy, alot of people dont know whats in that food, i know i would not tuch it, this also would fit into my plains to make the population a fitter one.

I would also legalize cannabis, this stuff is less hamfull then smoking.

Public Transport i agree with you but ad also make it law for big companyers that are transporting goods from one town/city to anther use trains instead of lorries, there also will have the goods transported by goverment lorries from the trainstation to anyware in the town/city. This will reduse alot of traffic, and I would make the buses public agein as there have gone down hill as you sead, this way the buses will be alot cheeper and incurage people to use them agein.

Crime - ad get it back to the old days where every street had a policeman walk down it at lest once a day, make it a local man who knows the people in the area, the main problem is that the police dont know whats going in on day to day in any area, the police dont know that people, we have to get the police working with the people as much as posible, like you sead with the Black & Asian communities. I dont belive in my local police forse, there dont understand whats going on have the time. We need to get the people to belive that the police are working with them and not agenst them.

there should be a set of guidelines put in law that makes caining legal in certain situations, coz if we jsut brought back caning kids would get caned left right and centre if they forgot a bit of homework or strict schools which wanted high grades (like harriets last school ) would cane any kid that got a B. it should be set for the complete idiot future smackhead doley kids to get them in line! fucking ****s!

also there should be police powers simialr to the drunk and disorderly rule where you can take in sum1 for the night if there being drunk n disorderly, however replace that behavior with kids being thretening and stuff to people and generally being total ****s. not jsut kids for example, playing football on a no ball games place or whatever, kids who go around breaking people windows and shit in inner cities like that, if they are suspected they should be locked up for the night!

On the aspect of payment, this comes about from people who live in big cities where living costs are extremely high. If you work in london, the living costs are really attrocious. e.g. my house, 5 bed detatched is worth £160,000, in London ud be looking at allot more than that. In Putney, my Auntie lives there in a one bedroom flat. She, her husband and her daughter all live there and their house is worth £130,000. If you are a teacher and for e.g. your earning £25,000 a year after tax, its a standardised pay throughout of england (until recently). WHen the pay of teachers was addressed it was by the union, and all the teachers supported it because it was mainly the teachers in london could hardly survive on the pay.

Aso, i want to become a teacher, and i have to say that it is fucking hard work. Yes you get like 5 weeks off during the summer, and xmas and easter. But the days, they should consist of like 8-5/6 days. DUring the holidays u are marking books allot. You have to meet target etc... my mum does about 1 and a half hour marking every night. she gets home usually at 6, and leaves in the morning at half 7. Judging pay by pass rates is a very risky road. why? well what will happen with the potential students getting pushed higher? they wont because the able children will be left at a average stage, and the lower ability will be helped as much as possible. I would agree thought that there are allot of shit teachers around who can be bone idol, just like most jobs.

After G.C.S.E's, (your 16) you can leave and get a job. NVQ's and GNVQ's are available through colleges and sixth forms. If the turnout for the lessons is not good, i.e only 2 people want to do that programme, then it would be dropped. There were though various GNVQ's and NVQ's as well as A-levels at my old school.

that is true with the teachers. A lot of my mums colleagues are not earning enough to put down mortages and such and are renting rooms and stuff. Living costs in london are relatively high.

When my family moved from Teddington to Twickenham (not too far) the house we bought was worth £175,000 just over 3 years ago. After a few modifications (conservetory, driveway and did the kitchen and bathroom), its now worth £260,000. Many more houses in the same street are up for sale at around the same price. But many aren't geting sold, cos even though these houses are bottom end of the market (i.e. perfect for first time professional buyers) people still can't afford it!

And matt, an 5 bedroom detached house in my area is worth about 1.25 million, and in Richmond its about 2 million

I'm totally with your view on PE. I think we're quite lucky in a way British people are quite unhealthy with eating etc and health but their fit at the same time, but there is not a lot of obese people which is good.

Another thing I forgot to add in my list. I would love to see a massive crack down in companies and corperations diverting their work to foreign countries to cost cut. I heard BT were sending most their call centre operations to FUCKING INDIA!!!!! No wonder I can't understand the bastards when they ring me lol or I ring them, I think that is utterly terrible and I was quite digusted the Name is British Telecom thus it should remain in Britain! I heard their trained by watching Eastenders and fucking Cornation street to understand British culture like WTF! its make believe.

But on a more serious note. A lot of people lose their jobs every year because of operations being moved to Asia and I say it must stop people can't go on losing their jobs as soon, we'll start losing certain industries and the job market will look bleak for future generations.
