There's no way any of these tracks was mislabelled because this fake was the one who made or err burn the CDs himself. He is the source of origin for all these copyrighted tracks he slapped his DJ name on. Do your investigation and you will quickly find out what a phony he is and his err so call trance fans are quite ignorant of that fact. btw...i got a couple of his CDs...from a friend...most are pretty tight mixin...gotta give him that...but its not cool for 'stealin' the song...someones gotta sue em...

I have one of Mystyk's cds and one of the songs on the cd was Thrillseekers - Synaethesia w/sheryl dean. The dirty bastard conveniently named it "Fly High" instead to make it look like it was his track. ******.

First off, you guys won't be able to sue the guy, however, if brought to the attention of the producers at large with proof their work is being used by Mystik fraudulently...then that may be another story once the record labels and lawyers hear of it.

A have never even heard of this guy, but I know you guys here at TA do know your stuff, I suggest taking appropriate action as i mention above.

also i suggest that someone who has freespace can make a webpage about the music he claims to be his own, you know, like scan the vinyl cover of it, and put a sample of both and whatever, just to inform people, because i am sure people search on yahoo for dj mystik, or whatever other search engines, and it would end up on the search engine and people could see it, then when you display the facts right in front of their face, if they choose not the believe it, then fuck em, fuck em all

What a fuckin twat. I thought it was just all the idiots naming the tracks wrong. I mean i've downloaded plenty of tracks from "Paul Oakenfold" and "Tiesto" so i thought it might've been a case of the same thing.
