Ok Im tired of this. I have two thawed chicken breasts downstairs, right now. i am going to cook one in a pan over a tbsp of canola oil to an internal temperature of 170 (the recommended heat to be edible. I will cook the other in a microwave safe dish with a tbsp of water in the microwave. I have a meat thermometer so this should be quite easy. I will post the results in a bit.

Ok, the results for this were actually kinda odd. The panfired chicken cooled down first....kind of. by the touch, I was able to pick the panfried chicken up first, but its internal temperature took longer to go down. and the microwave one has a hot surface, but its internal temp went down almost twice as fast as the panfried. so you guys are on your own for how you want to judge this one...
