I saw Max Graham use CD's last time he was in London,On...... He played a banging set and we couldn't care less.... But I think it has to do with perception..... People assume that with cd's that dj's just let them run and play they have no idea about the extra's that players Like the CDj 500 offer to a Dj Seamless loop, setting cue points, ie......This allows dj's to incorporate more effects into there set's allowing for greater varity..... and in the end it's the music that counts

I have the Numark CDN_88's and they are great CD Decks! The seamless looping on them is PHAT! Ive been experimenting with it during my sets and if yah get the right loop of beats and such you can make ur set that much better and blow the masses away!

Hey, I'm max, I'v been spinning not for a very long time, but I chose my start with Pioneer CDJ-100. I feel very very f.. good that I did choose them, because evertime I saw some big event like Trance Energy or other places, I saw DJ's use CDJ-100....ALso about Paul Van Dyk, Startf0x Told me that when PVD was in Miami, he spun on Stanton Tunrtables AAAAAANDDDDDD Pioneer CDJ-100. I personally think that CD's are not enuff !!! That's why I'm buying a Technique soon. The funniest thing was when Mauro Picott was spinning somewhere....Mayday or Trance energy, and I think he Accidently clicked on pause (which made the cd player stutter) but I don't think a lot of people heard it cause it was on a small volume. He either clicked pause, or it was just a fucked up CD, so it started skipping
