I also happen to have hang ups as to the format of the voting (the previous pages influencing the later votes) but that is highly irrelevant. Tools are.. tools, doesn't make much of a difference whether or not dj sammy is techno or not couldn't help myself, trancEaddict god please forgive me.
I think perhaps a list of "talked about" 2003 tunes would be useful in refreshing individuals memory as to gems they may have forgotten for various reasons. By no means should it be required viewing or limiting though. I think it would assist in providing more accurate results though as electronic music tends to be cannibalistic (the new tends to overshadow the old more or less) as far as listening habits go (speaking from own experience).
