hey thanks but just to remind everyone...i am NOT taking "e" every weekend...i was just saying that when i DO take it (once every few months) i don't enjoy it. i USED to do it every weekend in high school...but i just got bored with it. the only reason why i still do it once in a while is cuz i made the mistake of introducing my bf to it. so naturally he's at a different level than i am. he wants to do it more than i do. however, he is 26 years old and that was his first time, so, like u thor, he is responsible about it and doesn't get carried away. he told me that it's not important to him to roll again if it's not good for me. he wants me to quit all that shit too. just wanted u guys to know that i'm not currently taking "e" like all the time...just that when i do..i feel shitty. also the more i thought about it...i definately have addictions in my family tree. like alcoholism and drug abuse. well i know for a fact that i will never be an alcoholic because i can't stand the feeling of being drunk and i don't like most alcoholic drinks or beer. but i did have a stepdad that was a pill popper (pain killers) and he was in and out of rehab for years when i was growing up...so it's like i was 7 years old and i knew what morphene was and percosets and shit like that. so i better be careful...hey at least i'm smart enough to realize and see warning signs and i'm not in denial...that's the first step right?? hehe

Cool, then my level of worry is gone Glad to see though you do see those possible dangers and especially if you have it in the family tree, thats a good reason to be extra care.
Your definately on the right track, if you are asking questions then you are aware of the potential problems, so good for you slylee
And if you want to try 'tripping' again, skip the lsd and go with Mushrooms, much safer and IMO much more fun....

wow...where do i begin...u seem to really know ur shit. hehe i don't know about the writing thing when i'm xinging??? what is that? on "e" i'll assume. i call it "rolling". anyway, i definately will not be able to sit and write my feelings while i'm rolling...i have a hard time opening up like that...and besides, i always know what i'm feeling and why...i am very in tune with my thoughts and emotions...i just keep them all up in my file manager (heh, *brain*) and usually don't express them to many people....that's just me but i see all of you guys' points of view. u are all right...i have just done my share of "e" and it's time for a LOOOONG break. i will probably knock all that shit out for a while. besides....i don't want anyone to get me wrong...music is, and always will be, THE drug for me the "e" just opened me up more emotionally at first...it didn't open me up to dancing and trance/breaks, etc. i was already all about that before the drugs

Sorry for responding so late, but I do hope you read my post.
Yeah, I guess know my err shiznit.
As for handwriting, you don't need to write what's on your mind and heart. You can actually write anything on paper, the contents do not matter, just the writing style. Heck, just grab a book and copy it word for word on unlined paper.
I'll guarantee you'll noticed a degree of difference when your normal and rolling. Why? I did it and I noticed a HUGE difference in style of my writing when I was on mush/e.
The reason I offered such an odd therapy style is:
1. Graphology is a solid science that compliments, if not better than, psychology/psychiatry
2. Graphotherapy has been proven to help people with problems they can not overcome by sheer will or determination.
Your anxiety episodes is *that* problem, with possible long-term management that's needed to control it. With this therapy, you have a very good possibility of curing yourself of it, for good.
FYI, I am in the process of being my own guinea pig. It's going to be enlightening for me. So if I do noticed changes, I'll let you know. It'll be a good motivator for you.
Cross my fingers. LOL
