ok i'm gonna post now b4 we go into page 25 in flame wars....
I do not like or hate tiesto, PVD, Armin or any of ur regular top 100 DJs. I think they are doing a great job in the scene.
one thing about Tiesto though is that his target lately has slightly changed and so did his taste in music. I personally like the old innercity 99 days when he spun mostly black hole/xtravaganza/Bonzai tracks. These were the days of Gouryella, Alibi and all his sweet magik series. I am not in tune of his latest style and i think i have every right not to.
The idea is: a DJ is someone who brings hype to the dance floor and doesn't trainwreck every 2nd or 3rd transition. NO MATTER WHAT TASTE OF MUSIC THEY SPIN. I think all ur top DJs have managed to do that so my respect goes to all of them.
i was joking in my last post (gee i thought you'd never notice )
So i leave this thread with one last thing to say:
Taste in music is subjective and not factual. Just because you don't like a certain genre, doesn't mean it actually sucks.
