Man, that's too complex of a plan. Just ring the doorbell and rush into his house once someone opens the door. Then proceed to kill liam. 
Or if you want to go SWAT style, we can have some of you sniper from the rooftops of neighbouring houses, while 2 or 3 of us land on his rooftop and climb into his window with sub machine guns.
