however... Pig/Dan & Matthew Dekay could have been around longer although if thats the case they've been receiving a lot more recognition as of late
my bad...i didn't notice U&K being mentioned and *completely* forgot about them. You're right about them though, definately up there as far as amazing new talents are concerned.
Matthew Dekay, was definately around for a little longer. I think he came around in 2002 with More Money, More Power which I know Lawler has played, but really got noticed this year with Beautiful Monday, If I Could Fly, etc.

And Chable, Holden, Lemon 8 and every other artist mentioned here isn't new.
Best new artist(s) of the year: Nathan Fake or Sultan & Tonedepth
Agreed. SULTAN for new producer of the year. I think you could consider TONE DEPTH to have 'taken off' last year w/ "Rumblefish" or with the single he had on Oakenfold's AnotherWorld comp before that.
SULTAN gets my vote.
Agreed. Enough w/ the anti-prog bullshit guys. You don't hear everyone else shitting trance. Hmmm... What if I were to go into the current Dumonde thread and go off on how cheezy they are and how much their productions sound like 'music-by-numbers'. How 'bout I go in there and let the world know how hardcore I am by showing everyone how much I hate someone else's tastes? Why don't I do this? Because opinions are subjective, and everyone has a right to them. Besides, behaving like that is immature.

one question about Tonedepth tho...I saw Flying labelled as Sultan & The Greek remix, and as Sultan & Tonedepth remix...but they're the same. Tonedepth = The Greek?

Speaking of Sultans, I love Malkit Singh's new album, his new singles
'Kurri Garam Jayee, Kurri Naram Jayee' have hit top in the banghra charts!
GOOOOOOOOOOO MALKIT!!!!!!!!!!
Native Flute of India is also a great album, but i thought Shankar could have done better. Still Check it out yo!
Will review more later.
