Carl Cox doesnt spin TECHNO. He spins House. i am not too much of a house fan even though i respect Carl big time as a DJ. He should not be mentioned in a techno thread. If carl ever spins techno its Tech/House (or house/tech) & a big difference from pure techno.

Nah I've listened many sets of Carl and yes nowadays he spins tech-house but also techno. And his Dj career is as a techno Dj, check sets of Cox in the 1999,2000 or 2001 is pure techno.
About Picotto is the opposed case, he's spinned trance and some tech-trance and currently he's spinning more techno than trance, but his trajectory no it's techno, so he shouldn't be in the list. He is famous for his trance sets and productions.

Jeez why dont you cancel them ALL out before you even hear any of there music . Not only that, but chances are you've heard there music before and you liked it, some maybe liked it alot.

They dont only do acid techno, they have learned to master the shit out of the TB303, but they also do Techno, Trance, House, and at times a bit of jungle i heard and hardcore too.
They dont limit theyselves to one genre. They also do Techno alot to, in fact Dave the Drummer is more on the Techno Side and he's down with them. They love the music period. They love TECHNO alot to , not just acid techno. The Drummer is one of the best producers you'll ever hear.
Rowland the Bastard has some crazy techno to.

You should like the Label Cluster there is some insane techno on this label. Not much acid from what i heard, just dirty Techno.

Check out Chris liberators "Clusterfuck mix cd". You can find it on SoulSeek.

Honestly they have some of the best producers i have seen, they really love what they do, not saying others dont of course.

Chris liberator
Aaron Liberator
Julian Liberator
AKA Liberator DJs

Paul Harding
DDR
Rowland the Bastard
D.A.V.E The Drummer
The Geezer
Ant
People would call you crazy if you lived in london and was involved with the underground Electronic dance music scene and not know of these names.
Also Mark Tyler and Blackout Audio ( Mark Eg and Crissi ) is down with them on some stuff.

My Fave techno DJ
has goto be DDR , its a very close call but i love DDRs Production and DJing.
Chris Liberator is right up there with the Liberator DJs and Diffently D.A.V.E. The Drummer.

Also i give Carl Cox his props as well as Chris Liebing , T-1000 and The Advent

IF any of yous havent heard Hydraulix vs Blackout Audio 16 CHECK THIS OUT!
Dave the drummer ( Henry cullen aka ), vs Mark Eg and Crissi.

@ Acid Techno, It's My fave of all.
Dunno how you cant live acid tech, maybe it's to wild for your taste.
But id highly advice "it's fuckin Avin it", some of the best old school techno/acid techno you will ever hear. if you listen to this and you dont like this sound of acid techno, then your totally right, just acid techno isn't your thing. But thats only if you can listen to this WHOLE mix and tell me you dont like. I got this on my harddrive, i dont have high speed right now, but id burn that shit and will goto the library around the corner and will send it to you on there high speed as well as the cluster fuck mix, otherwise you can get it off of soulseek. Best cd ive ever heard.

Btw, liberators dont go totally nuts with acid techno, @ times
it's minimum and youd hardly notice it, while others time's its
Screetching. I love it either way.
