My g/f lives 2 hours away, and we've been together for 2 yrs. It depends on the people, and situation. For me, I appreciate the time we do spend together, which is only the weekends. One thing is, you both have to be on the same page. The timing has to be right, and everything will work out if it's meant to be. Good luck bro... enjoy it while you have it. Sometimes you don't know what you have, until it's gone.

I started dating my current girlfriend in the middle of April. We both attend the University of Wisconsin ... however the problem is I am from Wisconsin and she is from New Jersey. But we decided to try and stick it out for the three months with a visit in the middle to ease the time by. So far things have gone great and it's only another month until we will be back together. I guess it just depends on the level of your relationship at the time you guys split and how long you are going to be apart, and how far. I guess there is no one way to convince somebody to stay with you, they have to feel themselves that it is worth it.

he we go again.. Funny thing happeend last night. After I posted that thing about help on the Long distance thing.....

We went to a bar/open mic place. She likes to be very affectionate towards me there. kissing and the whole 9 yeards....later I drive her to her house just holding hands in the car. I give her a good bye kiss. Ok what is so bad about that!....But she like begins to get into it so I give in because what women want at the moment is whats good for me

We got into it for a while nut no sex..I don't mid ....I drove home a happy person but guess what the problem really is...

She decided to speak today about "were moving too fast" I did not force that whole situation on her to do whatever. After we did it she decided to put things in perspective of "we known each other for a week and I dont want to get too serious because I don't do long distance realtioships after summer ends" I think that was a catch 22!!she put me in that situation to say that to me. Ughhh girls are crazy sometimes. While kissing I should of ben like get off me I know you for a week and I would of been the better person but WTF. Its like she planned it to tell me things are moving too fast. I don't take things personally because we only have so much time but saying such a thing like bases our relationship of lust and thats not right.

I was sort of in a long distance relationship once. More of like an online relationship. When things were good it really sucked because we couldn't see each other. After awhile the guy became sort of... stalkerish. I don't think I ever want to get into a long distance relationship again... or atleast an online one.
