wel to me it sounds like your in the right, and if it did make court, your lawyer can claim his costs from the defendent i.e that website, so you would never have owt to loose, it cant hurt spending your lunch break looking at yeloow pages for lawyers and ringing them up for advice etc

Hmm I think the main point here is that possession doesnt relate to ownership .. in the instance of say storing some goods at some1s house .. just because they happen to have your goods in their house doesnt mean they own in it .. in this instance relating to your ownership of the copyright ..
I can see why hes laughing it off (nic) as he just expects you'll walk away from it now not being able to do much as he's clearly got lauren on his side .. rightly so if she will get a cut of the profits ..

When i look through the applications at work at Tesco's i'm amused by some of the things they write in the bit where you have to show a time where you worked hard to get something done etc etc because they think that you don't require any sort of skill or anything to work there. Er wrong.
From what i read of that MSN convo, i'd find a soliciter and get his site fucked up for real. my friends dad is a solicitor, i'll refer him to this thread
