I had an awesome time at this party. Eventho, I hurt myself a little bit (have to wear long sleves at work to hide the scrap and avoid the questioning).
Got very drunk on 3 dollar drinks. The music was amazing Mike! But why didn't you play more house? (hehe).
This picture represents how I was feeling all night: (very happy and laughing my head off)

Ok, I know I'm late with my comments, so here it goes:
i) Mikey played amazing! His energetic prog kept me groovin' all night long - and his amazing trance finish made sure I had no energy by the time it was all over. Mikey is the zen master of stretching out mixes (holy crap! friggin' 2 minute mixes?!?! wow!) Tunes! Um, yeah - Mikey took us on a good journey - and I can't wait for the next.
ii) 3 hour sets! This is EXACTLY what we need more of. Frankly - I'm sorta bored with the whole 60 minute set thing. I mean it's nice to hear my friends play - but it truly is awesome when they can play more than 10 songs in a night.
iii) Hotties! Wow - I didn't know that TA had so many hot ladies! Dress 'em up and put a little make-up on them (and see them in good light before leaving the party @ 6am) and the look HOT!!! I think that we should have at least 1 night every 3 months like this - dress to impress, dress to be seen and dress to be HOT (both from a look and temperature perspective. My damn sweater made me sweat like a mofo!).
iv) Who needs headliners? I mean it's nice to see the big name every so often - but I'd much rather see my friends headline. Going to see friends spin is the icing on the cake for me! Thanks guys! Plus, the talent/skill-set is to the point now where headline spots at events like this make sense - promoters: take note!
v) Mike - I told you I had more than 8 dry-fit t-shirts! (although a dry-fit sweater would have been much more comfortable to dance in!)
Overall 10/10. The only thing that would have made it better would have been letting Mikey spin until sunrise.

that should be every night imo... why would anyone go to a club looking like a scrub?

Ok, maybe I wasn't clear on what I meant:
When I go to party - I go to dance my *ASS* off. I'm not wearing friggin sweater, dress pants and dress shoes to do so. You can if you want - but frankly - I'd rather be cool, comfortable and able to shake it!
If I had to wear what I wore on Saturday to the KH or Guv on a regular night - it would SERIOUSLY change my whole enjoyment of an evening. Not to say I dress like a "scrub" (WTF that means) but I dress to DANCE. If you want to look like "a night at the palais" dancing show - go for it - but let me take photos next time.
