with me, if im playing a sport i really take care of myself but cause ive got a shitty ankle ive just been sayin "quit? what for?"
spose you just have to replace one addiction with another (going to the gym maybe) and avoid situations that are associated with smoking ie. drugs and alcohol and women (except for the procreation part)

First of all...everyone knows that ppl that smoke(i include myself)started smoking when they were 12-14 cuz they think they're SOOO kool...but omg i wish i knew wut i was gettin my self into...i always used to say i can quit whenever i want...or then later on tryin to act kool be like oo i cant quit im addicted...and kept on smoking...(i know sooo retarded)...now ive been smoking for like 5 years ...it suuuucks...my boyfriend hates it...he gets soooo pissed everytime i smoke...i promised not to smoke infront of him atleast but its soooo hard...i remember around october i got into this sport and i quit for 2 weeks...it was sooo awesome cuz i was tooootally obsessed with exercise(thats the best thing u can do,u'll quit for sure)but then my knee got fucked up and i couldnt exercise and started smoking again cuz i needed it soooooo bad!!!...i could quit now by exercising...the thing is that im soooooo lazy, im tryin my best though...also ppl that smoke are more like used to smoking that cig after eating,or that cig after sex, or or or...so its all in the head too...first u gotta get rid of all that being used to smoking after blabla...my dad;s been smoking since he was 18 and he told me the nicotine gum doesnt work...but he tried the patch and he quit...and he used to smoke alot...talking about 2 packs a day...
btw to this girl that said about the sunflower seeds...those make me fin a cigarrete!!!!and i eat them alllll dayyyy whenever i have those...they're mad addictive
