i still can't understand anything from the american scholar system apart from A being high and F being low

my grades from last semester at uni (be aware, stupid translations coming):

Data Structures and Algorhytms - 10
Operational Investigation - reproved
Logic - reproved
Theory of Computation and Complexity - reproved
Matemathical Analysis I (from the previous year) - reproved it again

my uni sucks, my teachers suck and i suck

ah, and my average is 12,3333..
