not for me they dont, and i do them right. they did first time like anything. but my point was that you dont walk on your shoulders. you walk using your legs and you have to carry all your weight on those legs- big difference.

i think it has more to do with the tendons and ligaments in the lower leg (calf and shin) are thin and delicate. Most of your locomotion comes from the quadriceps. That "pain" is torn tendons. Or rather, where the muscles connectts to the tendon. Most likely you didnt stretch before, during, or after the workout. So you did your first set and rested. Your muscled started tightening up in fatigue. The tendons got contracted as well. Then you went and stretched them out as your muscle was still in a tight little ball. You tore the shit out of your legs, and didnt do a whole lot of muscle building.
Where the pic of your buttocks? Are they firm or sloppy?
