Whomever creates the roll call thread is responsible for keeping an up-to-date list of who is going (usually done by editing the first post of the thread). This list must be updated at least once per day, until as close as the event as possible.
Those who are going to the event post within the thread that they are coming and how many are coming with them (that won't be posting in the thread themselves, if they are probably going to post in the roll call, do not include them in your count).
Here is an example:
rabbitjoker +1
Which means that I am going to the event with 1 friend/guest (who won't post within the roll call themselves).
Other than that - sit back, have a beer, watch the list grow, get fired up and stay safe, have fun!
