any song that has lots of layers or a 'deep' sound are nice to roll to...thats why trance and psy are so damn perfect...

i say, emotional, uplifting trance, like Push, Armin, Tiesto, Ferry.

for example: The Legacy, Adagio for Strings (Corsten)

I agree with As the Rush Comes too.

This is pretty much the reason why trance and E often are associated Ever tried rolling to progressive house..just isnt the same.

Your right. It's like...alot better! Pounding, deep beats and trippy, layered pads all do more than just a huge supersaw and bouncy synths(not that there's anything wrong with that...)

For those of you who REALLY want to experience chillin with X and music, I recommend the following albums...

Magik 6
The Politics of Dancing
Northern Exposure 1, 3
ISOS2
NuBreed06:Satoshi Tomiie

and the shiznit...GU13...

Does anyone know some good psy trance to listen to while on E? I haven't heard much psy trance so I haven't tried it.

Faithless - God is a DJ (astral projection cd) is a good psy song to roll to.

What I love doing when rolling is to listen to ordinary house till Im starting to feel its effects and then put on the trippy uplifiting trance... the feeling is unbelievable!

Hers a lsit of songs that I've been working hard on compiling just for the wonderful E moments.

Shiller - I feel you (original mix)
Mike Koglin - the silence (tekara mix)
Rabbit in the moon - out of body experience
Future sound of london - papua new guinea (hybrid mix)
God within - Raincry (submerge mix)
Lamb - gabriel (si begg's futures mix) when the synth comes in...OMG!!!
Ltj Bukem & Tayla - bang the drums
Lange - Frozen Beach

Not all trance, but all these songs have that powerful emotional theme to them and they will make you cry when you're rolling

I wonder why the trance scene gets a bad reputation.
