It was a decent night- the first time that i have not torn up the dancefloor. not that i did not try but it was a case of the legs not being able to carry me. maybe the Celcius party had somefin to do with that. So i minded my own business and sat around absorbing the music. Got tired and annoyed with the attention I was getting, what is wrong with guys... Anyhoo- thank God for the large TA presence, it was quite easy to hang with you all without having to utter a single word.I WAS soooo tired. The vibe there was kinda weird, i thought. Music was loud- and i NEVER complain about the music being loud.
JOOF played hard- certainly got my dose of psy-trance. the rest of them were meh.....
Thanks to Floorwhore and Crazed Canuck for the royal treatment. Jeff- i promise to tear up the dance floor with you next time.

I was REALLY tired from spending the day in Niagara, but decided to head out to Boa to hear JOOF rock it - and boy did he ever. Loved it!
Got there just before Edgar V started to spin. He played some awesome tunes, but I really wanted to save my energy for the DJ after him, so I sat by the front stage for most of his set.
Left at about 7, after hearing JOOF spin for 2 hours. He was still tearing it up, but I really needed to sleep.
It was great to finally hear some trance on Boa's sound system and it sounded awesome!! It was a bit too loud at times, but alright nonetheless. Loved the fact that there was plenty of room to dance.
Shoutouts to the usual crew. You know who you are. See you all Friday (hopefully)!!!

What a night!!!
This was my first time being at Boa and I loved it! Friendly security and wicked sound!
Edgar V....
Ok, someone compared his style to D:Fuses style... these guys sound nothing alike or atleast this night they didn't. Edgar played really good set, playing some monster tunes and a few I've never heard before which were amazing! Edgar definitley had the crowd going... nice set!!7.5/10
Next up JOHN OO FLEMING!!!
WOW... for me this is what Trance should normally sound like! Fleming played perfectly for 4 hours and just had me dancing around for the most part or his set. It was Trance that would make you smile and dance all night simply because it was soooo TRancey. John described his sound as DEEP TRANCE, and it was exactly that. We heard everything from Dark Atmospheric Trance to Progressive Psy-Trance. His set was for sure better than his WEMF set and this was the best 4 hour set I've ever heard. 10/10

Crapola! I missed that?! Had to call it quits around 6am. The crew was wiped out. Managed to bring along a buncha Boa-newbies with us that night for the trance inauguration at Boa, and as I'd hoped, they loved it (how could u not??). As I'd hoped, trance sounds awesome in there. Would've been nice to have a larger crowd, but at least I managed to 'bulldoze' the available patrons onto the dance floor. (****I'm noticing that I always end up doing this at less-than-crowded parties. WHY is it that if a party is a bit on the 'thin' side, everyone avoids the dance floor like the plague?).
Couldn't help laughing at Ilia's comment: "The sound system is so good in here, u can hear every little mistake". Ilia: STOP FOCUSING ON THIS!!! Focus on how GOOD everything sounds. nitpicker!!
Next funniest thing that was said to me (possibly by 1 of Frank's coworker/ rugby playing/ Italian friends): "I think he's dropping the Stevie B remix next...." Had to inform him that was 1 thing he would probably never hear at Boa....
Otherwise, was very surprised to see Chanoa & Steve there. jpnjdr- how did I miss u??? flec- glad to see u made it .
Boa- thanks for bringing the trance. (Let's hope it wasn't the only time).
Til next time....
