I agree, cheating isn't the way to go (who in their right mind would ever appreciate being cheated on) but for the sake of telling her or not, I say not to.
If you know that the relationship is over and that there is no hope for the two of you, then just end it. Telling her that you cheated is only going to cause more frustration and possibly emotional scares for her. It's better off that she doesn't know. You need to end it and LEAVE IT THAT WAY. Start a relationship with this 19 year old if you prefer but learn from your mistakes, if you can, and respect the fact that you have a girlfriend before you go pulling the snake out it's cage.
