Yeah that is true. Whenever we go to Italy for vacation I love it because it's like high 90's but dry unlike here where like you said it just gets muggy and humid.

You people are complaining about 30 C weather, but I just got back from Korea, where the average temp is 32-34. Bad days it's gets to 35. The really bad days hit 36. Not to mention the humidity makes it unbearable to even stand outside for more than a couple of minutes.
I visited China as well. 35 plus all those people and traffic makes it like 10 times worse.

It gets over a 130 here, then tack on humidity...
