thats really broad description but try ernesto & bastion - dark side of the moon or above & beyond - no one on earth (gabriel & dresden remix)...those were both played early in his set and have female vocals

An exhausting but good night nonetheless.

We got in around 10 and headed straight to Charlies. Real good tunes, met a bunch of TAs. Including newr & callie5 for the 1st time. Headed over to guv around 11 for Sander K. TAs pretty much took over the stage at that point. It was awesome dancing right behind the DJ and seeing the crowd from his perspective. Enjoyed Sander's set for 1 hour. Wasn't as good as I would have liked but I guess he was just getting warmed up.

After 12 we moved to the KH for Ferry. I was surprised that he started out with harder tracks than he normally does. That was a pleasant surprise. An hour or so into his set we decided to take a walk and check out the other rooms so made our way outside to the tent. Chilled there for a bit and then to the smoking lounge in guv. Deep Dish was banging out some good tunes by then. Met a bunch of TAs from DC. Sorry I can't remember your names but you guys are awesome people. Pleasure meeting you. We went back to KH for the last hour of Ferry's set. As I walk in, I'm greeted by DIGITAL PUNK... DIGITAL PUNK One of my all time favorite tracks. We proceed to dance our asses off until the end of his set.

Since I had already seen Nu Nrg @ Viva not long ago I made a mad dash to the drink to catch Andy C & GQ in action. And boy was I glad we went there. The drink was bumpin & jumpin & rollin... & rollin Andy C & GQ, hands down the best act of the night, in my opinion. Big up to smilin_jack (Mike), fellow junglist for hittin up the drink with me. After their set we headed up to the skybar to chilax for a bit before heading back to KH. Nice running into MarkT and his posse who were also chilaxing on the skybar.

Walked into KH for the last half hour of Infusion's set. I'm still undecided on if I liked them or not. They were just okay. Deko-ze came on next with some good tunes. But I couldn't stop thinking to myself that it could be Dave Clarke up there right now. Such a disappointment that he cancelled and deko-ze although I love his sets just couldn't fill the void. Anyway, made the best of things and gave it my all on the dance floor. Nice seeing you again Summer21 & Isaac, haven't seen you in ages!

Chilled out to MO's set in guv for a while before leaving around 8:15 with loconet & loca. Great night overall; the music was great, it wasn't too over-crowed and best part was partying with all the TAs. Too many to even mention. We rule!!

If it helps anymore... there were no actual words... just a female singing.

Thumbs up ooki..

Here's a short one;
King of Spin Mark Oliver was relentless in dropping those Hard Trance and Techno beats one after another from the very begining to set the mood up for another Spin Favorite of Guvernment Ferry Corsten....The crowd went wild for Trance!! Wherever they could find a few inches to throw their handsw in the air and shout, sometimes sing along with the lyrics..."DIGITAL PUNK, DIGITAL PUNK"

NU_NRG & Infusion also did an excellent live performance, but I gotta admit that I did dig Infusion a tad bit more!

Caught around 30 mins of Sander K and even though it was too early to play those Hard and bouncy House tracks the energy was thru the roof from the very start....
...and then there's DEEP DISH, ,,, , and this time they didn't seem to play only among themselves..They delivered a great BLend of House to the Guvernment Massive!!

Wait, Now Just because the Summer is done, doesn't mean the party has to stop...
G&D, Mauro Piccotto, chris Leibing, Infected Mushroom, Armin, Boy George, Marco V and many more are coming your way......

Photos of the night are now posted in the photo section of www.Luvtheguv.com!

wOOt!

So good to see everyone, as always! TOTA is a party.

MAJOR PROPS to the Interference Crew. I came out strictly to hear your sets before goin' home to the little lady, and GODDAMN, you guys all played so well. Alex and Ariel (Deepgroove), John's comment very much echoes my thoughts. You guys rock in ANY circumstance -- your versitility is refreshing, and you can hold down ANY timeslot to perfection. Well done boys. Tomeii's L.I.T. is one of my favourite tunes EVER too, and I must say that it was a delight to hear out, as I've not had that pleasure in so long. Aaron (Mossey) -- man, that trippy percussion reminded me of Sasha, and the breaks... NICE! That set was programmed and mixed marvellously! And Dan (DJ Mute), I don't know if you brought decks with you to Europe, or had access to some, or didn't touch any at all, but I caught most of your set, and what I heard was flawless and pumpin' and badass. You blew the roof off, and I saw half the rammed room with their hands in the air when you dropped that track with the Spanish vocal. Well done!

It was great too party with all the T.A's. I was soooo pissed that I didnt bring my camera. All in all I give this night a 10 out of 10.

ferry was awesome, but was expected to be. however b/c last time we were spoiled with the 8 hr set, 3 did not feel like enuf. love NU NRG, but i couldn't get into infusion. just wasn't feeling it, plus my back was focked by that point. danced it upr deko-ze. his energy is incredible, but by 7 i couldn't even stand up straight. next time i think i'll be smuggling IBprofen in.

great seeing all the TAs, especially now that i know who most of u are (nats BBQ - thanks again, i had a great time)

ESP STARSEARCH AND SEAN (goodnet) who were celebrating their BIRTHDAYS!!!!!

most of all, the americans, esp jenn and terry (only 32 days till the white dress and the walk) I LOVE YOU GUYS
