k back to the whole point of this thread...i think the classics will always rule, but some of the newer stuff rocks my world. memory, souvenir de chine, dragon-pandora, east west- the love ive lost, and have any of you heard orion-rush (angelic remix), thats a new great uplifting song. there are too many to mention. its like a cycle. yuor gonna have times when uplifting will be awesome, times when it will be good but not great, and times when it will be shit. i had a hard time finding new uplifting stuff about 5 months ago, but now im finding new ones everyday. its coming back dont worry. |
I think you may be right. Well I hope so. I've had a real big think about this sice my argument with Jukx, and I still think uplifting trance rulez! I think we have been most dissapointed this year because the big guys haven't really delivered the goods. I mean there are some cool songs out there, but we've already heard this years System F stuff, well apart from the Dance Valley Theme 2001 , which well wasn't really System F quality, I hope this dissapears along with Mode Confusion. We haven't had a GOURYELLA this year, or a Baleric Bill and Such Is Life just didn't have that Rank 1 trembling feeling, not to mention the new TSUNAMI artist, Rodger Goode! And thats just the names that spring to mind. Because of this Progressive has had the attention, attention that us uplifting trance people would rather was directed towards uplifting trance. I hope the best is still to come, and I'm pretty sure it is. So I think you are right TrAnCe CoNtRoL
