yup, and we're a free country because of those people...
i'm not a fan of war, but you can't ignore it. it happens. much respect for those in the armed services doing their thing so we can continue to live in this free country
I agree, much respect to them. But in my honest, humble opinion I don't consider Iraq to be any threat whatsoever to our freedom and security (well obviously they aren't now, but I'm talking about prior to this war).
Morally, I can agree that Saddam was a thug and people living under his rule were living a shitty life - the problem is that now that we've kicked him out, they're no better off. I heard on the news this morning about dozens of kids in Fallujia being killed in another attack. The country is a mess over there.
If it came down to it, I think most people in this country would fight to defend themselves. There's a huge difference between some foreign war being fought for questionable reasons, and defending our own liberty.
Nah, seriously, I think I'll take the next plane to Spain.
What's the chance of someone with a green card of getting drafted?

The draft won't be reinstated after what happened at Vietnam. The best way for everyone to make sure that our country is safe and this bullshit war stuff will end is to GO OUT AND VOTE! Registration for voting ends on Monday, October 4th so those of you who haven't done it yet get to it. Trust me even if your not a political person, your vote will make a huge difference. BTW, anyone watching the Presidental debate tonight?

I love the good 'ol USA - but i agree all pussies should move out. Yeah I said it...
I too however dislike people who come to this country to WORK and complain how much they hate it here - and then turn around and brag about how much better it is somewhere else....it just doesn't make any sense...

If you don't like it, leave. I hope you like it better where you go. It sucks to live somewhere that you can't be happy.
