I'll take that as a "no"
I saw bits and pieces of the debate on BBC, EuroNews, and CNN today, and it seemed as though the verdict was that Kerry had solidified his base, but that Bush had lost none of his fans. CNN had a focus group of Europeans and they unanimously said that Kerry was the winner, yet they also said that Bush was probably going to win the election.
Sadly, I think that their perception is a correct one, best illustrated by a girl who said that Kerry would be an excellent president of the EU, but that Bush spoke simply and that Americans loved simplicity I hope I'm wrong, but I think that the paranoid and/or stupid voters in the US constitutes the majority right now. (That gives me the idea of a new thread )
