i can't belive you dont think that shadowolf isn't a fucking bigot, all he does is spout hate for muslims on this forum suprsingly its acceptable. maybe its a bit too PC to complain about hate?

Here's some interesting points from Middle East Media Institute

http://www.memri.org/bin/latestnews.cgi?ID=IA19404

It's interesting how Bush actually has garnered some endorsements from the very people who are named enemies of the United States. Take Iran for example.

I think the biggest problem with Bush is his philosphical inconsistency. On the one hand, he identifies the enemy as a radical strain of religion, but then appeals to religion (be it his own fundamentalist Christian supporters) in his speaches and policy. On the one hand he appropriately identifies the evil in the world, but then conveniently neglects to bring to light the source of fundamentalist Islam coming from Saudi Arabia. On domestic policy, he provides tax cuts, but then dishes out more lavish social entitlements and spends like a drunken liberal democrat.

Oh well, it's politics folks. It's just politics.

Man you can't just google a random site and pretend it is credible. Look:
http://www.why-war.com/news/2002/08/12/selectiv.html
http://www.counterpunch.org/harris01152003.html

I looked at this Washington based Institute's articles on Iran, and I could not find one that said anything positive about the country. From what I read, although it may not be outright false information, it is so selective, and represents the opinion of such a small minority of people that it may as well be false information.

Fair enough, but you can't refute the credibility of one random website through the material posted on another random website.

Don't you know, everything you read on the internet is true! Especially if it's posted on a tranceaddict forum! J/k

Basically (sorry for beating a dead horse), my point regarding what was on the MEMRI, was not the opinion of some random weblogger, but about actual statements made by the Iranian official, which is that he endorses Bush! This further illustrates Bush's iconsistency, as I said in previous post. If Bush is gonna name Iran as a part of the axis of evil, why doesn't he back up his hard line rhetoric by holding them accountable re: the pursuit of nuclear weapons. Same with North Korea. Instead of bombing a mosque full of terrorists, US troops are ordered to "respect religious sites." This is a war isn't it. Just my opinion, but then again, his is the net, so it must be right.
