as far as the rest of the world goes, they'll just have to wait and see what happens. obviously, they didn't have much influence on the majority of the American people in choosing their president.

What is all this talk of fear causing votes for Bush? Look at what states Bush won. What do 99% of those people have to fear? Is this what the foreign press is spouting? If this fear really existed, cities/states like NY, LA, SF, Chicago, Seattle, wouldn't have voted Kerry.

i chose to go to college, get a degree, and pursue a career in the business world. so what does this have to do with supporting Bush?

As far as I know, michael moore's next project is pharmaceutical companies, not dubya.

There's even a rumour of Pfizer sending its employees an email with instructions to not give interviews to any white middleaged overwieght men.

As for the election, I'm scared for the future. Even though it's only 4 more years, I's afraid of what that moron is going to do next.

Well canaidians i may be movin in sometime soon. If there is any serious talk of a draft and when it might be, im out of this place. I think the usa is a horrible place at the moment. The only reason there is all this crap on terrorists is that bush makes everyone think were gonna get attacked. They dont want to attack us, they just want us to leave there asses alone. Politics suck!

well if you want to be safe, move to the prairies, fuck all happens there and I doubt any bad terrorists would plot there. It is just flat fields of wheat, grass and corn.

Personally, I don't feel bad at all for anyone, especially the democrats and those people who voted for Kerry. How pathetic is the Democratic party and the people who support this party when they couldn't a) elect a worthy enough candidate to vote out an illiterate religious zealot and more importantly b) realize that voting is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to democracy and not the end all of end all.

In a democracy, which is supposed to represent the will of the people, the people have a responsability to ensure that their voices, desires, ideals and so forth are heard, and thus, it's what you do in between elections that counts much more than what you do at the elections. If you want to blame anyone for Bush being elected, blame yourselves Democrats. You clearly didn't do enough in the 4 years between elections, while the Republicans did. The proof is in the election result. Feeling sorry for someone usually entails that this someone didn't deserve their fate. This is not the case here and there's no one to blame but yourselves.
