this sanme issue that was earlier discussed witht eh cancellation charge happened to me - three times actually... - and once i called b/c it was there fault - b/c they bundled my cable, cell and net all into one - and created another account with justa cell phone - and that was going to my old address... and i just thoguht it was a mistake - so i never piad that bill b/c i was paying the bundle bill (bundles SUCK too) and I was charged - but they reimbursed me the one time - but not the second - they blamed the second on me - b/c i didn't correct it - and I did call them to confirm it was corrected and yaadaa yada - well they said i must pay the late fee fine b4 it would be activated again !
I hate Rogers too -
