If someone, even a stranger cant handle "merry christmas" id advise them to seek help. As if i'd fly off the handle if someone wished me a Happy Chunukah....

yeppers for me - that's said thought more to those I know more personally, but for when i am work - b/c there are tonnes of different x-mas practices and religions i usually go with happy holidays - b/c for everyone this is a holiday tim,e of year.
