Wow... Speaking of sleep, I just remembered part of a dream I had last night... Basicly I was aligning the colour convergence on my monitor. Isn't that rather nerdy? Yikes. Where the heck is my pocket protector?

Health food stores I'm not sure about. You can find them at all the supplement stores like GNC though. They usually come in 3 mg tablets, and 1 is usually enough... some people say they're habit-forming but I've never found that.
Dreams... ecch, my dreams have all been shitty lately. But usually I don't remember them, so maybe that's how they always are. Personally, I wouldn't mind going back to not remembering.

thanks for the tips on where to find the pills guys
i use to have vivid dreams. i would remember every single detail and sometimes leave me with some sort of emotional feeling. one time i woke up and i was crying and upset. it was strange but interesting at the same time. keep in mind though that during the time i was getting about 8+hours of sleep.
now i barely remember my dreams. probably due to work related stress and lack of sleep. haha. but i love dreaming though. especially trying to analyze what it all means.
