From Part 1, track 12 is definitely Perfect State - Perfect State (Original Mix). Oakenfold used this track on his Essential Selection cd from 2000, I have the 12" at home:

You are right about the Perfect State track.

As for Prism > I actually haven't heard it, but I am familiar with releases by that duo. Judging by what other people said about this track (primarily those who had it as this set's track), and by Prism's definitive 1999 Oakey-approved trance sound, I am very certain it is the track.

I think it might be misnamed, but it is by Prism, I am positive.
