you could also All in One gestures.

Allows you to do things like
Right click ( mac key + click ) drag to the left = backspace
right click drag up down = reload of the page
right click drap up right = one tab forward
right click drag up left = one tab backwards
etc etc
and customizable off course

You could also get one of those optical mices with like 20 buttons on it and programmable bullshit. Intellitech MZX-10003's I think. They do all kinds of crap. I think they made one that can change channels on your TV and set the timer on the microwave.
