the top platter just pulls off. do it very carefully, with fingers through the holes and pushing your thumb on the spindle, making sure not to damage the magnets that hold it in place as these are delicate bastards.
the plastic one underneath is held down by about 4 screws, so unscrew them to reveal the guts. inside you will see a clear plastic shield, there are 2 fuses underneath this. the plastic shield is kind of held on by flaps, if you give it a careful twist it should pop open. now just get a pen or screwdriver, and very carefully wedge the fuses out and replace.. 250 mA 250v
