Got a question for people that know more than me in using PS (Which is about 99% of you)... I cropped a portion of one picture and dragged it over to another as to post over this new picture but the cropped portion ends up behind the picture. Any way I can fix that?

youv got two layers, on ure right, youll see a list of them, drag the one underneath over the one on top in the layers palette.
