I have seen people complain at GUV and post complaints in the forum and seen changes happen for the betterment of the people's clubbing experience.

Where in this thread did i bash the Guvernment? Im quite past that Maxine - bashing a club in which i dont associate myself with would only bring me to your level. The comments i made in here about System were simply an acknowledgement to the upgrade they recently made, which i feel was not only fair, but positive as well. That's nice, if it's true (I don't know how you would know this), but the fact is, nothing has changed at the Guv. The bouncers, bartenders, and the rest of the staff are still rude jackasses and people still complain.

So either (a) you're exaggerating quite a bit about how the Guv handled it, (b) the staff knows it's just a slap on the wrists, (c) all the staff they hire are rude, including the rookies, or (d) there's something about the Guv itself that causes normal people to be rude and unprofessional. Pick any option you want, none of them really suggest that the Guv cares about their customers.
