I have access to a gym, but don't wanna go 'cause I don't consider myself muscle-y enough, and I hate going to places like that when I'm the skinny scrawny guy and everyone else is bigger.

Eating habits: I drink pretty much only water, I eat whatever I want though (been eating a fair amount of tuna lately though).

I suppose I could buy free-weights of some kind to help buff up my arms or something, since I think I need those a bit bigger I really wanna get my abs and chest better looking though, I'm skinny but I've had a thin layer of fat over them for a while now :/

Eating recommendations? Running recommendations? Time spent? etc.


I know virtually nothing about working out or nutrition and stuff, so any help appreciated.
