That would be heatstroke. It's what you get when you dance for hours on end in a poorly ventilated area without keeping your body cool (ie. by drinking water). Can be achieved without E even. It can also result from impure pills which contain such substances as PMA, or DXM which can hinder your ability to sweat. These are VERY rare though, and can be avoided by using a trusted supplier.
Basically, sip on an averaged sized bottle of water per hour and you have very little to worry about.
