nice new thread, already some impressive stuff.
anyway, i measrused myself the other night, quite pleased with the result after one month. dont have the excact ones now, but i grown in every section, except calves.
i'll post em up tomorrow, and must try get some pictures aswell.
another another note, i have a crazy idea of running in the City marathon in october. ?
any1 know what kind of training i would need? and when i would have to start? i am guessing it would be pretty strict, and would do my muscle gaining plans any good?
i checked the site, and it gives you a training plan for 100 days, everyday
