Any leads yet? Are you using a headhunter? You should be if you're not, they are very good. I have a headhunter looking for a sales job for me, but I'm sure she has contacts who deal with cust. service/QA, I could ask her if you like!

That would be greatly appreciated.

I am calling a few temp agencies on Monday and I am hopefully going to be able to set up appointments with them on Wed/Thurs next week.

No problem! I will run it past her and see if she knows anyone.

So, QA for 3.5 yrs, cust service for 5, call centre supervisor... got it.

I'll let you know what I find out! Headhunters work mainly off referrals so it shouldn't be a problem.

I'll PM you when i have details so nobody scoops the sweet contacts!
