I'm an insomniac and a night owl. Benzodiazepines work well for the short term, but the rebound effects really kill you for subsequent sleepless nights.

The funny thing is, once I get to sleep I turn into a hypersomniac and never want to leave my bed. I just can't seem to win it seems!

went to bed around 4 a.m. (i think) - was not up until 9:30 a.m. - so tireddddddddddddd - but starting to feel much better now after my first cup of coffee is in my body
