Fucking awesome!! his mate designed it.
i think John wants to make in official merchandise now haha
(back on topic now )
Was John serious about this Muli? All the artwork can be easily passed on to him by email if he is.
I haven't had the chance to post up a review of the night until now but everyone else has pretty much summed up my thoughts already. Awesome set from John, quality tunes, great mixing, I simply couldn't leave the dancefloor for the entire set. Would have been nice to hear him play some of his deeper stuff also but playing a peaktime set at a psy-trance party and after a DJ going at a hundred miles an hour didn't really give him much choice, he had to play a predominantly psy-trance set.
Hardly knew any of the tracks he played but I did hear:
Astrix - Life System
Faithless - God Is A DJ (Astral Projection Remix)
plus psy-trance remixes of:
The Prodigy - Narayan
The Chemical Brothers - Hey Boy Hey Girl
Dance 2 Trance - Power Of American Natives
Faithless - Insomnia
and that new Digital Blonde-like track he played was totally
I was also really impressed with Tripitaka's opening set, really lush, deep as fuck prog. psy-trance. I need to get my hands on more of this stuff!

Was an excellent shirt. Nice work.
Had a great night, but playing this kind of event ensured John pretty much played an entire set of psytrance. (Would you have liked that philby?) Glad he snuck in that new currently un-named Digital Blonde track, it is absolutely amazing. Looking forward to the new Dig Blonde artist album out on joof sometime this year.
Track that absolutely rocked my world was the John00 edit of Astrix - Monster (remix), when it comes back with 2min to go it's just pure madness . Along with the John edit of Life System. Gotta love Astrix and just never tire of hearing Life System and God is a Dj to go with it.
Was also a new track off the forthcoming Astral Projection album.
Wish I'd gone to Melbourne by the sounds of his set early on.
Still psy Joof is better than no Joof....
