even though Crobar could have better visuals and lighting (less strobes, more lazers!) its still by far the best club in nYc atm... they get the best DJs, and its a really nice space with a good sound system. always easy to get into the club too, no BS from the staff. Both times Ive been there, for Sasha and PvD, the crowd seemed cool ~~ good vibe overall. I dunno, I have no complaints about the place - its fun that nYc finally has a good club again after so many years without one...

you have a point about the avalon thing, but crobar has a good vibe, good sound system, good amount of room, decent lighting, great decor, and most importantly, a continuous supply of THE BEST EDM DJs

so the club is not just average - in fact the club cannot be beat right now by any other club in the city....it may occasionally have its bad nights, and other places (spirit) may have their good nights

but in my opinion its the best, and the lineup this summer speaks for itself....

Crobar doesnt seem to even get packed unless its paul/tiesto...

Interesting. You have stated numerous times that there is nowhere to sit. I would assume that would mean that it is because the place gets packed... otherwise yes, there are places to sit.
