Heard it from a sheriff from my local police department. I asked a ton of questions during a school interview session in a law class. It's possible it isn't true nationwide, but that's how it works in Missouri.

Consider this, 92% of the worlds population feel that their lives could be better, what about you? If you could do anything, anything at all... what would you do? What are you doing now? Imagine that you could live your life knowing it could not be better and never feeling that you would rather be doing something else, be somewhere else, or be someone else. Now consider this, some people actually live that way and so could you. Contemplate this, what if 90% of the problems you encountered in your life were mere illusion and only existed in your mind? In your everyday life whenever something annoys you, stresses you, makes you mad or makes you sad, consider if that something really matters. Will you even remember how you felt in 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or what about in 10 years? So when the people you work for pressure you and fail to understand you does it really matter? And when they call you on the phone screaming and yelling does it matter? And should you really allow that to influence your life? It's all about choices.

well being a brown person i pull over turn the car off and sit patiently till he mosies his fat OC ass over, wait for the cops instructions for license reg insurance etc, receive bullshit tickets about no front license plate, "illegal" muffler, lowered vehicle what have you. then drive away hating Orange County even more.

the reason i wait is because one time i got my license and reg ready for the officer and he told me "don't ever move again unless i tell you"

I pee my pants and tell them I was speeding to get to a rest stop because I have an uncontrollable bladder.

After they realize I'm not drunk or high and I'm red in the face near tears they let me go.

Then I go away laughing, and have to air/dry out my car and wash my pants.

Number 1, dave was right, on a federal level, they cant really do that, and states can only provide more protection than the government, and not less...and man,,,speeding is not an arrestable offense unless its reckless endangerment, or if when pull over the officer can legally see/smell something illegal from where he is.

Basically, if they are actually doing that, write a letter to someone because its unconstitutional and the supreme court would absolutely shut that down, and to have an entire system based on fucking your 4th amendment right is absolutely corrupt and un-america, so why dont you carry the banner on that one and get it back to be an American system

NO shit Sherlock, last time I got pulled by a cop about a month ago I was dead to rights drunk and admitted it and told him I never normally do this. Cop saw by the IDs that I gave him that I was a pretty important guy in the Army, he called my wife for me, she picked me up, and that was about the end of it, no report no hassle or nothing.

Last time I got some slack like that was about 30 years ago. Wake up call though, so I arose from the alcholic funk, and am back doing 100 situps and pumping two 25-lb dumbells down at the park again every four days with a one day break in between. Yep, ripped and back again. Am getting tanked tonight to kill this goddamn cold. Couldn't do it yesterday, since it was the old lady's birthday.

About half right. I retired from the Army, but still work for the Army as a civilian now, so all I really lost was the green suit, but gained a prominent position. Cops in this town and the Army are pretty tight. Army guys are all pretty stressed with the ongoing war.

When I got home from my second deployment I got 5 warnings instead of speeding/wreckless driving tickets.

my friends father is head and chief of police for suffolk county and we all have PBA cards that get us out of tickets, plus we even out run the police just for fun and we speed to his house bc we know his dad will get us out of it.. we just say we were testing their driving skillz lol it was mad fun when we first had our cars we used to fukk with them so bad now its just gotten old..

but yeah so when i get pulled over i just hand them my drivers license with my pba card on top and then they give me a dirty look and throw it back at me.. then i smile and drive away that simple...
