Heard it from a sheriff from my local police department. I asked a ton of questions during a school interview session in a law class. It's possible it isn't true nationwide, but that's how it works in Missouri.

Consider this, 92% of the worlds population feel that their lives could be better, what about you? If you could do anything, anything at all... what would you do? What are you doing now? Imagine that you could live your life knowing it could not be better and never feeling that you would rather be doing something else, be somewhere else, or be someone else. Now consider this, some people actually live that way and so could you. Contemplate this, what if 90% of the problems you encountered in your life were mere illusion and only existed in your mind? In your everyday life whenever something annoys you, stresses you, makes you mad or makes you sad, consider if that something really matters. Will you even remember how you felt in 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or what about in 10 years? So when the people you work for pressure you and fail to understand you does it really matter? And when they call you on the phone screaming and yelling does it matter? And should you really allow that to influence your life? It's all about choices.

I pee my pants and tell them I was speeding to get to a rest stop because I have an uncontrollable bladder.
After they realize I'm not drunk or high and I'm red in the face near tears they let me go.
Then I go away laughing, and have to air/dry out my car and wash my pants.

Number 1, dave was right, on a federal level, they cant really do that, and states can only provide more protection than the government, and not less...and man,,,speeding is not an arrestable offense unless its reckless endangerment, or if when pull over the officer can legally see/smell something illegal from where he is.
Basically, if they are actually doing that, write a letter to someone because its unconstitutional and the supreme court would absolutely shut that down, and to have an entire system based on fucking your 4th amendment right is absolutely corrupt and un-america, so why dont you carry the banner on that one and get it back to be an American system
