i still don't think women like sarah mclachlan, tori amos, dido etc...

should be considered among EDM vocalists. they are mainstream singers and just because their songs get remixed doesn't make them trance vocalists. i mean seriously...they are fucking good...that's why they have solo careers that are very successful...

also the vocal from motorcycle.

personally i really like kate johnson (lustral - broken) but i dont generally get excited by vocals much

I agree. I wish they'd stop including them in "trance vocalist" lists.


As for trance vocalists, we're forgetting Tracey Ackerman, she's very good.
