It does for me. That's what part of being at a party is about. If the dj is energetic, the crowd will be more energetic.

IMO, Tiesto last time at the docks was good. Not great, but good. This time coming up im expecting better though, we'll see.

Im not a fan of G&D, i saw them DJ once, i wasnt impressed. But i do like their productions.

Last time i saw Armin in TO, he was shit IMO. Last time i saw Ferry it was boring, so much filler that i left early (although the end was pretty good, or so i was told).

Im a harsh judge. Tiesto Armin & Ferry are my fav Djs, but I still think Tiesto owns them all. Just remember all DJs have their on and off nights.

TIESTO does own them all plus...Its pretty much a game time decision, the DJ feeds off the crowd, any of u guys seen TIJS Spin in israel(ITS PURE MAGIK,MAGIK MUZIK) ????...that desert and the crowd brings the best out of TIJSor at amnesia..basically locations that the crowd triggers the dj !
Instead of complaining about DJs..maybe you should take a look at the crowd first and urself

If you would call yourself a "Tiesto Messiah" and promote Tiesto continually, perhaps your constant influence by him clouds your judgement... Instead of telling us to look at ourselves, maybe you should take a trip to the other side and actually view a couple of other DJs because believe me, i've seen some far more rowdy crowds than at a Tiesto show.

Furthermore, what's with this crowd business anyway?? A crowd's fun-factor can be dependant on the type of people and energy level, not 110% based on the DJs music. Why do so many people associate a great DJ with his/her crowd pleasing factor? I know the mark of a great DJ when I can throw on his/her CD and go nuts all by myself in my car or bedroom without the DJ even being there. Now THAT is quality trance.

We all can argue endlessly about what DJ has better music. In my opinion, it's all about the taste, someone is crazy about DJ Tiesto (like me), others can't stand this guy, or some other people love Ferry Corsten or Paul Van Dyk, or anyone else; everyone has his or her own preferences for DJ's and the music they produce. But I think, that we all can agree that all of those DJ's (despite being the first one or the tenth one) are doing a great job by delivering to us a such amazing style of music.

I think we should also recognize the DJs that the Top ones spin music from. How many of Tiesto's tracks do you think are Tiesto's at a party?!?! Please... He played Gabriel & Dresden's Arcadia right away when I saw him at the Docks last year. I think the initial point I was making was more so that people should recognize other artists and not fall into line with media hype. A lot of people think that when they go to an event ie: a Tiesto set, every track he's playing is made BY HIM. Ummm no. Those people bother me and I want less and less of them. How is that done? By promoting awareness to other DJs.

My Friend

Why do u use the term -I- so much, its not about u or me or....its about trance.U wanna get technical about it as far as mixing and etc..go ahead ,lets hear what u have to say
If u just hate a DJ because he has busted his gluts off for the past 12 years , and connects with the crowd like a walk in the park... and has changed and matured through the years...and his sets r fresh and appealing to most at least...u got a problem.Dutch and brits have contributed to trance and electronica so much that its mind bothering to rant and call names and dis...specially someone like TIJS!
DJs r human 2, they also like certain venues over others...and yes the crowd and the venue and even the promoting compnay does have a very direct effect on the outcome of the set that would be played..and of course the resident DJ that is selected to open the show.I think u have a personal issue.
I met tiesto in IBIZA outside Amnesia when he was a total nobody basically...this is like almost 9 years ago.We are all intitle to our opinion and taste of music...but u better complain and make comments with solid proof and technical data....because so far it sounds like u just have a personal issue, and i dont think its about ur opioion over THE mark of a DJ...u better first grasp the universal message that trance delievers...collectively and not integrated and seperated by picking one name over the other.
Trance is where its at right now...due to the hard work of many DJs,some even r not lucky enough to get their names mentioned on the map..but even they contribute.
work on those marks..before THE marks of certain DJs that are only ur personal opinon and nothing else.

Ok it's clear you don't know how to spell, but can you at least read??

I. NEVERRR. ONCE. INSULTED. TIESTO.

TIESTO IS A GOOD DJ. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!

Typing the same thing over and over again is getting cumbersome. If you want to broaden your horizons I suggest you go back and read my posts and try and understand the message i'm conveying here.

You clearly are clouded in judgement because you met Tiesto a long time ago apparently. If I met a guy before he was popular and connected with him i'd be loyal to him too. Time to evolve with the music bud.

U seem bitter,and very hostile
Is it because what r u ..born back in 1983 i believe
by the way i passed my A -LEVELS IN ENGLIS with flying marks

didnt know had to re-check or run a spell check
by the way, please dont use the word clouded so much..did u just pick that word up somewhere...and love using it.Oh and judgement!
if u have a point, make it my friend
provide solid evidence
because right now this aint about being loyal to one DJ vs another, not about their technical skills and why they sit where they do..in the charts!!!
if instead of tiesto,PVD or Sander or signum..etc where number one..ud still be complaning i guess
By the way dunno which city or culture u r coming from..but am not your BUD
Being a bud takes time and matures with time also..something that again....seems to have clouded your mind(sorry i knwo that was ur trade mark)or perhaps should i use ur fav term again...judgement??
ppl r not loyal to a certain style of trance or a certain DJ..cause they have met the DJ,u still dont grasp the universal point of it obviously
I rest my case...since u KNOW THE MARK of a DJ
may the force be with u
wish we would have done this in person in TO@THE DOCKS
Wayyyyyyyyyyyy easier in person ,and eye to eye

Good luck 2 u Mr.Sep 1983

You are the single source of hilarity in my life and I thank you for the many laughs you've given me.

I used the word "Clouded" once in my previous post. Maybe I should take the time to point out how many times you use the word "And", "Case", "Grasp"... and any other words you used only once. What a "moron"... Is that a word you understand?

Calling you "Bud" was meant as sarcasm which an intelligent person would pick up on right away. It's ok, I didn't expect YOU to.

Now the real kicker that I love to death is how you think that because you were born in a different year than me and are subsequently OLDER you think you know more about life....

Hahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahhahahahahahahahahahahaa....

Oh wow I don't think i've ever heard anyone try to prove their point by pointing out another person's age. Let me point out that being born in the year that i've been born I still seem to read and understand text a lot better than you do. Maybe a few less DJ events and a couple more hours spent educating yourself would be in order, hm?

As for arguing your endless and trivial point of how Tiesto is your God and how you would gladly suck his dick at night because he gave you an autograph when you were 18 or whatever you're trying to portray here; Well, I still go to a lot of events so i'll see you soon and your "old" and obviously far more experienced and benevolent self can run your mouth off to me alllllll you want

Thanks 4 the laugh. BUD.
(Try 2 "Grasp" the sarcasm this time. Sorry I stole your trademark? )

Seems the age thing really made u confused, or better say hit u exactly where i assumed it might
No matter how rude you like to be u still cant show any signs of intellect, u have no point and again no solid data to back up your comments....and u wanna drag me along into this idiotic thread of yours for???? Seems u certainly have something personal with certain DJs..specially when u go and listen to their music in that bedroom of urs..where u break down THE MARK OF A DJ!!!LOL
You getting all aggressive and rude...using terms that..oh well , only boys like u might use.
Grow up and hen count to 10 before u get on TA and start using such terms and rude language, U are just showing more signs of being a bitter and irritated mind &soul, go ahead and lets hear your rude comments more...Anatomy seems to be your fav topic besides trance

greetz
