Well i guess its a bit late for a review but ill keep it short:
It was my first time to Viva, and i got there at about midnight, walked in, and there was nobody in there! I just thought, oh no! People started showing up later, which was good. I tried to get a drink, but realized i didnt have any money, and had to run across the street to the nearest ATM, i cant believe they dont have one in there!
I sat by myself drinking for a while, as im not really used to meeting up with TA's, i usually go by myself. But i finally introduced myself, and then it was just pure TA's for the rest of the night, you guys rock! I met enough of you too for the first time, MaxTO, Player24_7, Vertigo, Fayraree, samhouse, and many many more! Im sorry i cant remember all of your names.
Airwave was pretty good, although i agree with somebody else's post that there was just something missing. The energy was there, the mixing was there, and i had an awsome time, i danced my ass off, and i was completly exhausted by the end. It was great to see the lights warming up the party near the beginning. Just as people started to come in, the lights started to change, near the end of Tygon's set. They got me involved.
I must say, the staff at Viva was awsome. The bouncers were super friendly, they smiled, shook hands, and just generally nice people. On a sour note, the asian bartender (19+ bar) was charging me different prices for my drinks than the white girl. Needless to say, id didnt go back to the asian girl.
All in all, an awsome night, and im looking forward to going back to Viva.
