This from a mix engineer...

"Too much stereo on bass can make your mix hard to cut onto vinyl (important for loud club tracks), and can risk serious damage to expensive disc cutting heads. Mastering engineers used to use an "elliptical filter" to effectively "mono" the bass to prevent such damage, which still allowed upper harmonics to give the impression of a "wide" bass, and although it is true that modern disc cutting lathes don't suffer from this so much, it is still the case that too much stereo bass can cause a vinyl record to jump on playback - especially with loud 12" vinyl cuts."

you're talking about TOOOO much stereo and the question wasn't "too much or not too much?" the question was "stereo or mono?"
